get a box of lipton onion soup mix and there is a good recipe on the back for meatloafDoes anyone have any good meatloaf recipes?
I do it like Judy but i add green peppers also. I top with ketchup and brown sugar. Its yummy.
place 1lb hamburger in large bowl. Add salt, pepper, garlic, onion, ketchup, 1 egg, crushed saltines. This mixture should hold together place in casserole dish, spread ketchup over top bake at 350 for 1 hour. HMMM serve w/ mashed potatoes and corn.
This is the best meatloaf I have ever had. Especially amazing the next day on toast!!!
