What is a good meatloaf recipe?

Everyone raves about my meatloaf. Try it one time and you'll love it so much you won't ever use another recipe. Take 1 lb. ground chuck, 1/2 lb. breakfast sausage, such as Jimmy Deans, mix in 1/2 of an onion chopped, 3 Tbls. chopped green bell pepper, 1 tsp. dried parsley, 2 cloves garlic diced fine, 1 tsp. dryed mustard, 1/4 cup Itallian seasoned bread crumbs, 1 beaten egg, 1 tsp. seasoned salt, 1 tsp. black pepper, 1 tsp. chilli pwd. Then is a small bowl mix: 1/2 cup catsup, 2 or three dashes Tabasco sauce, 1 Tbsp. Worchestershire Sauce, 1/4 cup water. Put about 3 Tbsp. of this in the meat mixture. Squish it all up with your hands. Shape into a loaf. Place remaining sauce mixture over top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or untill it looks done to you.. Delicious!! Serve with mashed potatoes, veg. of your choice, a salad and garlic breadsticks. Hope you enjoy it!What is a good meatloaf recipe?
I will share mine with you.

for however much meat you will need for the number of people you are feeding.

put the meat in a pan use lean hamburger meat. add some instant rice. Instant works better because it doesn't take as long to cook. For every pound of meat use one egg. this helps hold it together. I use spaghetti sauce. Just enough to coat all the meat, but not to runny it needs to be able to hold itself together. Use some basil and salt and garlic powder to taste. Enjoy

Put it in the pan and you can even put some on the top when it is almost done. Cook at 300* until done. If you don't use a lean meat it will have a lot of grease so put it on a cookie sheet to catch the droppings.

My family loves it. I grew up on my mom using ketchup and hated it.What is a good meatloaf recipe?
