I'm looking for a meatloaf recipe with 1 1/2 ground beef...?

Meatloaf is one of my favorite recipes - served with mashed potatoes and whole green beans or steamed baby carrots.





Meatloaf


1.5 pounds ground beef


2 large eggs


1/2 cup Italian style bread crumbs


1 packet Lipton's Onion or Beefy Onion Soup Mix


1 4 ounce can sliced mushrooms - drained


1/2 cup sliced black olives


2 tablespoons BBQ sauce


1 tablespoon A-1 sauce


1/2 cup salsa


1/2 cup shredded cheese - I use a combination of Cheddar, Italian Blend and Pepper-Jack cheeses or whatever I have on hand





Mix all ingredients, form into a loaf in a loaf pan, bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.





SACI'm looking for a meatloaf recipe with 1 1/2 ground beef...?
1.5 lbs ground beef, salt, pepper, onion flakes,1/4 cup bread crumbs or crumbled(very small bread soaked in milk. ) and two eggs. mix beef salt and pepper to taste, tablespoon of onion flakes, eggs and bread crumbs put in a pan and top with catsup or barbaque sauce and bake until done.I'm looking for a meatloaf recipe with 1 1/2 ground beef...?
1 egg. 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 1 tbsp worsteshire sauce, 1/2 packet dry onion soup mix/ sauted green pepper and onion diced. mix all together bake at 325 for 45 min.
serve 1/4 pound per person!! if you have 1 1/2 pounds you are serving 6 peoples??





anything and everything goes with meatloaf as well as not seasoning it at all. Just put it in buttered baking dish and bake.
Magic Meat Loaf





1 1/2 lb Ground Chuck


1 Egg; beaten


1/4 c Milk


1 1/2 ts Salt


2 sl Bread; crumbled


1/2 sm Onion; chopped


2 tb Each: chopped green pepper


-and celery


4 Potatoes; cut-up


Ketchup





Mix egg, milk, salt and bread crumbs; allow to soften. Thoroughly combine


with ground chuck and chopped vegetables. Shape into loaf and place in


CROCK-POT. Top with ketchup and green pepper rings. Place potatoes at the


sides of loaf. (If potatoes are peeled, coat with butter to keep from


darkening.)














Manwich Night Meatloaf





1 1/2 lb Ground beef


1 c Soft fresh bread crumbs


1/2 c Finely chopped onions


1 Egg


1/2 ts Salt


1/4 ts Pepper


1 cn (15 1/2 oz) Manwich


1 tb Mustard





In a bowl, mix first 6 ingredients with 1/2 cup sauce. Shape into loaf and


place in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Drain.


Spread mustard over loaf and pour remaining sauce over all. Bake an


additional 30 minutes.

1 egg


1 can condensed tomato soup (or tomato sauce),soup adds more flavor.


1/2 package of meatloaf seasoning


1/2 tsp ground black pepper


1/2 chopped onion





Pre-heat oven to 350 Degrees F.


Mix ground beef,egg,tomato soup or sauce,seasoning, pepper,and onion in a large bowl.


Spray the baking pan with a light layer of pam.


Place mixture into the pan and form into a loaf.


Once oven is pre-heated,bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes.
Easy Cheesy Meatloaf





Ingredients:


1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat


3/4 c. bread crumbs


2 cans tomato sauce


1 egg, slightly beaten


1/4 c. onion, chopped


Salt and pepper


6 slices cheese





Cooking Directions:


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix meat, bread crumbs, 1 can tomato sauce, egg, onion, salt, and pepper. Pat out half of mixture into a loaf pan; lay cheese down on top of meat, then pat remaining meat on top of that. Be sure to press edges of meat so that cheese won't melt over and run in bottom of pan. Bake for about an hour or 1 1/2 hours.

1/2 c Parmesan cheese


3 Slices Mozzarella cheese


1 Egg, slightly beaten





Heat Oven to 350 degrees.Combine all ingredients except tomato Sauce and Mozzarella cheese.Mix lightly.In a 10 x 6'; loaf pan, shape loaf.Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours.Drain excess fat.Pour tomato Sauce over loaf during last 1/2 hour of Baking time.Place Mozzarella Cheese on top.Bake 5 to 10 minutes.Serves 4 to 6.

Crockpot Italian Meatloaf





1 1/2 lbs. ground beef (1/4 pound may be ground pork)


1 whole egg


3 to 4 slices bread, moistened with a little milk or warm water


1/4 tsp. dried leaf oregano


1/4 tsp. sweet basil


dash of garlic powder


salt and pepper to taste


1 tbsp. chopped parsley


dash of soy sauce


dash of Worcestershire sauce


1/2 cup chopped onion





First, make foil ';handles.'; Fold a 20-inch long piece of foil in half lengthwise. Place in bottom of a slow cooker with both ends hanging over top edge of cooker. The foil strip will make it much easier to remove the meatloaf when it's done. I also put a piece of crumpled foil in the bottom to keep the meatloaf out of the fat. Combine all meatloaf ingredients thoroughly. Brush top of meatloaf with soy sauce. Place in slow after shaping loaf well, on a rack or ring of aluminum foil to keep it out of the drippings. Cook 4 to 5 hours on high, or 8 to 10 hours on low.
