Question about doubling meatloaf recipe?

If I double my meatloaf recipe, should I add to the cooking time or temp?Question about doubling meatloaf recipe?
yes but don't double it because most likely then it will be overcooked. Start at about 15 minutes more and continue in incriments until thoroughly cooked. Leave temp the sameQuestion about doubling meatloaf recipe?
cooking time shouldn't be a big factor niether temp. Just make sure it comes out at 155-165 degrees and it's done
If its deeper (thicker) you add to the cooking time. If not then don't change a thing.

If you just turn up the heat you'll get a charred outside and raw inside.
You add to the cooking time, but if you have two loaf pans split it and cook two at once:)
Your best bet is to use two pans. You will get more even cooking that way, and the outside won't get burnt before the inside is cooked. You may still need to add a little to the cooking time.
TJ --- no need to add to temperature

just add to the cooking time if you make your meat loaf twice as large. if you make it in two loafs ,no need to change eather time or Temp. injoy your meat loaf .

I hope this helps ypu. jim b
