Any good recipes for meatloaf?

I need to jazz up my meatloaf, any ideas?Any good recipes for meatloaf?
make bread dough and roll it out to form of rectangle that is about big enough to cover the amount of meat mixture you have or in individual rounds.

for individual rounds put about half cup meat mixture in center of 6 inch round. seal the edges of the dough using a bit of water as glue. Set seam sides down on baking tray.

for large loaf, put meat in center and either make a loaf shape that will fit in your loaf pan, or in a round. seal edges with the water as glue.

make vent holes in tops of each bit.

Bake as you ordinarily would.Any good recipes for meatloaf?
This is a recipe that I actually use. It's the best meatloaf ever!

CHIPOTLE CHEDDAR MEATLOAF

1 1/2 pounds ground beef or meatloaf mix (beef and pork)

1 3/4 cups Sargento Chipotle Cheddar shredded cheese, divided

3/4 cup chili sauce, divided

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips

1 egg

1/2 teaspoon salt

Combine meat, 1 1/4 cups cheese, 1/2cup chili sauce, onion, tortilla chips, egg and salt. Mix well. Shape into an oval loaf on a foil lined shallow pan. Brush remaining 1/4 cup chili sauce over loaf.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese over meatloaf. Continue baking 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and internal temperature of meat is 160 degrees. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Meatloaf

INGREDIENTS:

2 pounds lean ground beef

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs

1 egg, lightly beaten

1 can condensed French onion soup, undiluted

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes

PREPARATION:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; pack into a meatloaf pan or large (9x5x3-inch) loaf pan. Bake at 350掳 for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let rest a few minutes before slicing.
My parents love it when I make my meatloaf. I always add chunky pieces of onion to the mix along with a little BBQ sauce. Then I add a little more BBQ sauce to the top along with uncooked bacon slices. And as the meatloaf cooks the bacon grease rolls down the sides and makes it a little crisp.
In a large bowl, mix 1 lb of hamburger with 1egg, 1tsp each salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, with 1 onion diced, 1/8cp of ketchup, mustard, country bob's all purpose sauce, and salsa, and then mix in reg saltine crackers to make a firm ball. Place, shape, and bake at 350degrees for about 1 1/2 hrs. ENJOY!
