What is an easy meatloaf recipe?

I need a simple recipe without a ton of ingredients. What is an easy meatloaf recipe?
You can also stir the cheese into the meat mixture; I do that most of the time.

Mama's Cheesy Meatloaf

1 lb. ground chuck

1 egg, beaten

2 tbls. worcestershire sauce

1 cup ketchup

1/2 tsp. onion salt

3/4 stack Town House or Ritz Crackers, crushed

2 cups grated cheese (I like sharp)

Mix all ingredients, except cheese. Press meat out onto plastic wrap about 1/2 inch thick. Sprinkle cheese over meat evenly. Roll up the meatloaf, jelly roll style. Tuck in the ends, and secure with LOTS of toothpicks. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 min.

Sauce:

陆cup ketchup

录 cup mustard

录 cup brown sugar

Combine, and heat thoroughly. About 15 min. or 20 min. before meatloaf is done, pour on some of the sauce, and finish baking. Keep the rest to pour onto the meatloaf slices at the table.

What is an easy meatloaf recipe?
Ingredients

2 Eggs

1/2 cup (120ml) water

Two tablespoons of soy sauce

1 small onion diced

2 Lbs. (900g) ground beef

8oz (220g) package of pre-made stuffing, e.g. Stove Top or Paxo.

salt %26amp; pepper to taste

Materials

Small bowl for mixing egg mixture

Very large bowl for mixing meat mixture

Procedure

Preheat Oven to 350掳F (180c)

Beat eggs, water, and approximately two tablespoons of soy sauce together in a separate bowl and set aside.

Get a large bowl and mix the ground beef and stuffing together. Make sure to use your hands and combine the mixture well, as this is the most important step.

Slowly work the egg mixture into the meat and stuffing, once again making sure to combine all ingredients well.

Pick up big ball of meat and pack in hands until you have formed a loaf.

Place in ungreased loaf pan and place on center rack in oven for 45-55 minutes uncovered until center of meatloaf is browned. Drain excess grease off side of pan and let stand 5-10 minutes before cutting and serving.
You have a good start for your meat loaf. You will need either bread crumbs, cracker crumbs and/or some Parmesan cheese to add to the mixture you have indicated. I like to saute my onion with garlic and add that to my mixture, you will need to let it cool a bit before adding it to the meat. Check out my recipe at:

Here's my recipe, which does use onion soup mix and also a little grated onion. When I don't have onion soup mix I just grate a little more onion into it and use beef boullion granules or smash a boullion cube into powder to use in it. I've also used dehydrated onions. Good Luck!

You need two eggs for 1 1/2 pounds beef. I add in 3/4 cups of Old fashioned oats for the bread crumb part. Since you don't have Onion soup mix, I'd use 1/4 worchestershire sauce, 1/4 cup A1 and a little ketcup too. You don't need to cook the onions first, just dice then very small.
Add some ketchup, brown sugar and mustard to your meat eggs and onions, then crunch up some funyons or other crunchy snacks

Its good, trust me :]
I was just gonna post the recipe for onion soup mix but they beat me to it! It is REALLY good!
