2 lbs of hamburger meat

1/2 cup of milk

1 medium onion chopped

2 eggs

1 sleeve of crackers crumbled up or 1 cup of oatmeal

1 medium green bell pepper (opt.)

Mix the hamburger meat, milk, onion, eggs, crackers and bell pepper together. Bake on 350 for 1 hour. Add ketcup to the top of meatloaf and put back in oven for 30 minutes.
1 to 1-1/2 lb. 96/4 ground sirloin, I add 1 egg, about 1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs; some crushed garlic; oregano and 3/4 of a can of Italian seasoned diced tomatoes; and a little Worchestershire sauce. Mix well and put into a loaf pan. Put the rest of the can of tomatoes on top; and I put a sprig or 2 of fresh rosemary on top. Cover with foil and bake at 375 for about 35-45 min; uncover and bake another 15 min or so. The tomatoes in there keeps it REALLY MOIST...
INGREDIENTS:

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

2 ribs celery, chopped

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef or 1 pound lean

ground beef and 1/2 pound ground pork

3/4 cup oats, quick or old-fashioned

1/4 cup chili sauce or ketchup

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 1/2 teaspoon salt

1 large egg, beaten

3 tablespoons water or milk

PREPARATION:

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped celery and onion; cook, stirring, until tender, about 7 to 9 minutes.

In a large bowl, mix ground beef or beef and pork mixture, oats, chili sauce or ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, beaten egg, celery and onion mixture, and the water or milk. In a 13x9-inch baking pan, shape meat mixture into a 9x5-inch loaf. Bake at 375掳 for 1 hour. Using 2 spatulas, carefully move meat loaf to a serving plate and slice.

Serves 6 to 8.
I use Onion Soup mix and my mom, who is 73, says it's really good.

1 1/2 pound ground beef

1/2 C Old Fashioned Oatmeal

2 Eggs

1 Pkg Onion Soup mix in 1/3 warm water

2 TBS Worchestershire Sauce.

Mix by hand and let rest for five minutes.

Milk????

Form into a loaf on a baking sheet. Do not use a bread pan. Bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
Well lets see I dont eat meatloaf but im guessing you can go on recipes.com and get one but your better off making it like you make a hamburger just use the same ingredents but just add a tad bit more ok then it should be fine!!! good luck
Lilsshor gave my recipe (I'm a grandma and my mother and her mother made it that way - very simple)

ground beef

diced onion

1 egg

crushed soda crackers

fresh ground black pepper

catsup for the top

Mix all together except for the catsup. Shape and place in a loaf pan. Add the catsup to the top and spread evenly. Bake in 350潞 oven for 1 hour for 1 lb of meat. Remove from the loaf pan, the grease in the loaf pan is what grandma used to make gravy with.

Enjoy!
