I need an easy and simple (but good) meatloaf recipe?

THANKS :)I need an easy and simple (but good) meatloaf recipe?
Can't go wrong with Paula Deen. It's really tasty too! Sausage is a good sub too. Do half chuck half sausage.

1 pound ground chuck

10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 (8-ounce) package sharp Cheddar, grated

2 large eggs, lightly beaten

1/4 cup bread crumbs, toasted

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/3 cup ketchup

2 tablespoons prepared mustard

1 (3-ounce) can French fried onions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl, combine the ground chuck and next 8 ingredients, mixing well.

In a small bowl, combine the ketchup and mustard. Stir 1/4 cup ketchup mixture into meat mixture, reserving remaining ketchup mixture.

Press meat mixture into a 9 by 5 by 3-inch loaf pan, or shape into a loaf and place on a rack in a broiler pan. Spread remaining ketchup mixture over loaf. Bake 40 minutes. Top with French fried onions; bake another 10 to 15 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink.I need an easy and simple (but good) meatloaf recipe?
Meatloaf is one of my favorite recipes - served with mashed potatoes and whole green beans or steamed baby carrots.

Meatloaf

3 pounds ground beef

3 large eggs

1/2 to 3/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs

1 packet Lipton's Onion or Beefy Onion Soup Mix

1 can sliced mushrooms - drained

2 tablespoons BBQ sauce

1 tablespoon A-1 sauce

1/2 cup salsa

1/2 cup shredded cheese - I use a combination of Cheddar, Italian Blend and Pepper-Jack cheeses or whatever I have on hand

Mix all ingredients, form into a loaf in a loaf pan, bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours.
Assuming you're using about 1 and a half pounds of ground beef.....place in bowl. Add one egg, chopped onion, salt, pepper and 1/2 a can (small) of tomato paste or 1/2 cup of catsup. Take four to five slices of white bread. Rinse under tap water then squeeze to rid the bread of the water (it'll be mushy), crumble and add to the meatloaf OR instead add one cup of breadcrumbs.

Place in oven at 375 and cook until center reads 160-170.
I think I saw what you're looking for in this free recipe ebook.
My family doesn't like onions (when they see them), so my recipe has a bit of a twist.

1 lb ground beef

1 1/2 cups Italian Style bread crumbs

1 egg

2 Tbsp garlic powder

2 Tbsp onion powder

1 Tbsp parsley

1 Tbsp oregano

1 tsp crushed red pepper

1 + 1/2 cup ketchup

Mix all but 1/2 ketchup together, form into a loaf, spread the 1/2 cup ketchup over the top and bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes.
I usually use the recipe in my Betty Crocker cookbook with a few additions or leaving an item or two out if I don't have them on hand.

Usually a box of Onion Soup mix will also have a pretty simple and tasty recipe on it as well.

1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef

1 cup milk

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon dried sage leaves

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground mustard

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

1 egg

1/4 cup bread crumbs

1/4 cup instant oatmeal

1 small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)

1 cup ketchup, chili sauce or barbecue sauce (use half inside of loaf, half on top.
Ground meat, diced onion, diced celery, diced bell pepper, grated carrots, 2 eggs, and oatmeal. You can put tomato paste on it if you want. I don't because I don't care for tomato. On the ingredients you put how ever much you want . I use a lot because I like to taste the veggies. Bake on 325.
