Know any tasty meatloaf recipes?

Hubby doesn't like meatloaf, but his taste is queered so he doesn't like anything. Know any good meatloaf recipes that are flavorful? Know any tasty meatloaf recipes?
All good recipes above, the only suggestion I can give is something everyone above left out and is the secret to good meat loaf. Cut back on the chopped/ground beef and add your favorite sausage (italian or andouille) depending on what you like (i like andouille). The pork adds fat that binds, keeps it moist and adds tremendous flavor. Fat tastes good!

make a BBQ meatloaf, everyone loves this recipe when i make it. it's just me and my man, but when i make it.....everyone's comin in to grab some leftovers.lol! all you do is just prepare the meat as you usually would, add sweet baby ray's to taste, and instead of using bread crumbs or cracker as most people usually do.....i use barbeque chips....anything you prefer. then i also season it with some bbq flavor popcorn seasoning.Add some diced onions, whatever peppers if you like, get creative with it. pour a little sweet baby ray's on top, cook it, and enjoy!

light caramelized crust.

Agree with above answer, in that all the recipes sound good.

But just in case, set his plateful of food down in front of him, crawl under the table and distract his attention from the flavour with a meal of your own........high protein, apparently ;o)
Have you tried leberkase, the german variety of meatloaf. It is essentially processed beef, bacon and onion, baked as one would a bread loaf. It is delicious!
