Can Anyone tell me a Easy Meatloaf Recipe?

i want to make Meatloaf tonight for Supper. Can Anyone tell me a Easy Meatloaf Recipe?
Mine is stupid easy....

1lb ground beef (I use 85% lean)

1 raw egg

3/4 cup of seasoned bread crumbs

1 medium onion

I grate the onion on a large grater, most people chop it, but I prefer the flavor more evenly dispersed. (And I hate chunks of onion.) Mix the grated onion with the other ingredients until just combined - don't overmix, it'll be tough. Shape into a loaf. Bake at 400 degrees F for about 40 minutes until done. Slice and serve - I prefer brown gravy, my mom likes tomato sauce. BTW - you can make these into individual loaves too!Can Anyone tell me a Easy Meatloaf Recipe?

3 pounds hamburger, 1-2 cups quick oats or bread (depends upon whether you want it loose or tight, 1 cup onions, 1/2 cup green peppers (if you like), catsup to desired wetness (too much will make it sloppy and too little will make it dry but depends upon the type of hamburger you are using - add it slowly until you get desired mix), salt %26amp; pepper to taste. Put in pan and slather with catsup. Cook at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs. Drain and serve as meatloaf or meatloaf sandwichs. Enjoy.....

I like to use 3/4 ground beef and 1/4 ground sausage, 1 medium chopped onion, 1tbs of parsley flakes salt %26amp; pepper. Mix together with 1 egg. If you want to jazz it up cube your favorite cheese and try to center the pieces in the middle length wise.

Pre heat oven to 350 and cook for about 30-45 minutes depending on size. I didnt give too many exact measurements cause you can add or use less depending n how many people your feeding. Its god to get an idea I like to cook with out measurements.

Its really yummy, and the sausage gives a nice twist and flavorfull experience.
traditional meatloaf and simple also..

Salad oil

1 carrot, small to medium dice

2 stalks celery, small to medium dice

1 medium onion, small to medium dice

2 pounds ground beef

2 eggs

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Dash hot sauce (recommended: Tabasco)

Dash Worcestershire sauce

3 slices bread

1/2 cup seasoned Italian bread crumbs

Ketchup

Preheat oven at 375 degrees F.

In a medium-sized saute pan, put 2 dribbles of salad oil and heat over medium-high heat.

Add the carrots, celery, and onions and saute, about 5 minutes. Put aside and let cool.

In large bowl put the carrot mixture, ground beef and remaining ingredients, except for the bread, the bread crumbs and ketchup. Soak the bread in cold water, then squeeze water out (like a sponge) and drain it. Add to the ground beef and mix. (A stand mixer is may help make it easier). Add the bread crumbs and mix. Roll into firm loaf, spread ketchup over the top, and place into preheated oven for approximately 45 to 55 minutes, or until cooked through. Take out and serve hot.
