Looking for a good meatloaf recipe using ground beef and sausage?

I have ground beef thawing, I also have some sausage in the freezer, anyone know a recipe that uses both?


also I wanna use italian style bread crumbs, which I have on hand, something simple. but using these ingredients.


whats best tomato sauce or canned chopped tomatoes?

2 lbs lean ground beef


1 lb ground pork sausage (any sausage will do)


2 eggs


18 crushed saltine crackers


1/2 diced sweet onion


1/2 dice bell pepper, any color


McCormick meatloaf seasoning packet





scramble the eggs


mix everything in a large bowl


put the meatloaf in ur meatloaf pan bake and put some of the breadcumbs ontop
