Should i make tacos? or meatloaf? recipes?

i have to make tea for me nd mum tonight and i have ground beef. whats should i make? anyideas? i dun wanna make spag bol... i was thinking tacos or meatloaf? do u have any recipes for quick and easy ways to make these or any ideas would be great!

fry up your beef with some onions,


put in your shell.


top with lettuce,cheese and tomatoes.


on the table put salsa, sour cream and maybe guacamole.


also try goya rice or safferon rice.


its yummy with mexican food.


let the store help out too girl.


buy pre-shredded lettuce and cheese.


and buy salsa, sour cream and guacamole insted of making it and put the guacamole in a different container so it looks like you made it.Should i make tacos? or meatloaf? recipes?
Once you have browned the meat:





Beef stew. You can toss the frozen ground beef right into the water without having to worry about thawing it first. Throw in whatever vegetables you have on hand, they can be fresh, canned, or frozen. If you do not have any vegetables in the house and want something cheap and easy a can or bag of mixed vegetables will work.





Chili. Again, you can toss your meat in frozen. I make beanless chili. To make it quick and easy, toss in a can of diced tomatoes, a couple small cans of diced green chilies, and a can of pico de gallo. If you have more time, use fresh onions, garlic, chilies, and tomatoes.





Burritos. These can be as simple or complicated as you like. I like to use refried beans and cheese with my beef for easy burritos.





Lasagna. Remember, you don't need to cook the noodles.





Quesadillas. Just as easy as cheese quesadillas when the beef is cooked ahead, but much more filling.





Creamed beef on toast. Heat the beef in a skillet. Add milk and flour to make a gravy. Serve on top of toast. Great for breakfast or anytime of day.

You might have more meatloaf ingredients on hand than you do taco, but I could be wrong. I always check allrecipes.com to find a good recipe. Just look at the reviews :p
