Microwave on high, uncovered, for 10 to 13 minutes, rotating 1/4 turn every 4 minutes, until meat begins to pull away from edges of mold. remove from microwave and let stand, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Carefully pour drippings into a 2-cup glass measureing cup. Blend in remaining soy sauce, remaining brown sugar, flour and mustard. Add water, if necessary, to make 1/2 cup of liquid. Microwave drippings mixture for one to 3 minutes until heated through; pour over meatloaf. Microwave meatloaf, uncovered, 2-3 minutes. Serves 4-6Does anyone have a good microwave meatloaf recipe?
Probably not a good idea to cook raw meat in a microwave...Does anyone have a good microwave meatloaf recipe?
There are no good microwave meatloaf recipes because there is no such thing as good microwave meatloaf.

Meatloaf sucks enough, without trying to microwave it.
The hard part is making the meatloaf, not cooking it! If you don't have an oven, I'd suggest putting ketchup and bread crumbs in your hamburger and frying it. Microwave meatloaf might not stay together, and it wouldn't cook evenly. Buy it frozen if that's what you really want.
use a real oven- it makes a better meatloaf
ew. no
OMG, I agree!! EWWWW

I can't even imagine it -- yuck, sorry.

Well, you could always try your regular recipe and make it into a ring (that way it will cook in the middle before the edges turn into cement). Cook it 12-15 minutes at a time till done.

GOOD LUCK!
Unless you want a gray, rubbery brick for dinner, don't ever microwave meat. PLEASE...just use the oven.
just roll some cheap hamburger meat up in a ball and pour catsup all over it then put in the micro for awhile (20 min or so). presto whammo you got meat loaf for the gods.
