Does anyone have a delicious meatloaf recipe?

Meatloaf can be so boring. I'm looking for something different, and very, very, tasty. Please only respond if you have tried the recipe, and you plus your family love it! If it has a tasty glaze that is even better. ;o)

Thanks! Does anyone have a delicious meatloaf recipe?
Try this one, my daughter loves it. This is my own recipe.

BBQ Meatloaf

1 lb ground meat (either beef or turkey)

1 egg beaten

1 cup BBQ sauce (use 1/4 cup less if you're using ground turkey)

1 cup bread crumbs

1/4 cup diced onions

1 tbsp minced garlic or 1 tbsp garlic powder

salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients into a bowl until well mixed. Place mixture in a loaf pan. If you don't have a loaf pan, then shape mixture into loaf and place into a heavy oven-proof skillet or 13X9 inch pan.

Bake for at least 45 minutes and let cool for about 10 min before serving.

You can use this same recipe and instead of using BBQ sauce, you can substitute it with spaghetti sauce and substitute 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs with 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese and add 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning.Does anyone have a delicious meatloaf recipe?

if you need to use jarred brown gravy to give a beefy flavor top the meat laof and potatoes with the gravy. if not use the sauce from the tomato sauce it cooked in that is equally delicious.

Enjoy.

I sometimes struggle finding recipes that are good for only 2 ppl without leftovers. I have an excellent meat loaf recipe that is also very healthy. Any leftovers taste great on sandwiches the next day or crumbled up into a spaghetti sauce (meat sauce).

1 lb lean ground beef

1/2 white onlion, chopped

1/2 green bell pepper, chopped

1 T minced garlic (I use the kind in the jar)

1 tiny can tomato paste

1 egg

Bread crumbs (eyeball)

Italian seasoning (as much as you like)

Crushed red peppers (as much as you like)

S %26amp; P to taste

First, I chop everything very fine. Then, in a medium mixing bowl, mush together the ground beef, onion, garlic, peppers (bell, crushed, and black), egg, Italian seasoning, and salt. Add about 1 cup of bread crumbs or enough to make it a good consistency.

Spray a loaf pan with non stick cooking spray %26amp; form a meat loaf. Bake covered at 350 degrees for about 40-50 minutes.

Another thing my husband and I like is twice baked potatoes or loaded mashed potatoes. It's a yummy alternative to plain mashed potatoes.

Cut and boil as many potatoes as you'd like. (I use abut 10 red potatoes)

1 cup milk

4 T butter or margarine

1 T garlic (minced)

';Real'; bacon bits

1/4 C sour cream *Don't use FF. It's too runny*

8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

While the potatoes are boiling, let milk, butter, bacon bits, and garlic simmer in another sauce pan. Mash it all together.
My meatloaf recipe is fulled with flavor and taste. You can make take 1/2 lb of ground beef and 1/2 lb of ground turkey, mix them together. Add one egg and cracker crumbs ( but you can us bread crumb if you like) then mince onion, mushrooms( if you like them). Then you add some BBQ sauce to the mix, put into a roasting pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Then you add hickey smoked bacon on top and bake for another 10-15 minutes, then add some American, Swiss, Chedder cheese to the top for the last few minutes. My family enjoys this meatloaf even time I make it. I hope you enjoy it too.
I mix my meat, cheese, ketchup, mustard, an egg, some cracker crumbs, and a dash of Worcestershire sauce all up in a bowl, make my loaf and cook it in the oven, For my glaze I use honey, tomato sauce, and some Worcestershire sauce. mix it in a bowl and let it sit on top of the oven while your cooking your meatloaf and then just pour it over the meat loaf and sprinkle some more cheese on top and put it back in the oven-dont cut the oven back on just do this about 3-4 min to melt the cheese- my kids and even my husband who '; doesnt like meatloaf'; like this.
no glaze just stuffed with loads of mozzerella

2 lbs chop meat

2 eggs beaten with 1 tbs milk

1/2 cup breadcrumbs - add more if needed when mixing

1 tbs mustard

2 tbs ketchup

1 small onion diced

3 cloves garlic diced

salt pepper dried basil and parsley all to taste

1 block mozzerella

mix everythign but mozzerella

place meat on greesed cutting board and press into big square shape

add 6 thick slice mozzerella to middle

fold sides up tight and pat well to seal closed

bake on baking sheet with little oil

add carrots and potatoes to pan and bake at 400 for an hour

cheese oozes out when you cut it - no need for sauce
I mix 2 pounds of hamburger meat and 1 box of Stove Top. No added seasonings (unless you want ketchup inside or on top) You can half that too.

I bake mine at 350* for about 45 minutes, top with ketchup and rebake to heat through.
