Does anybody have Elvis Presley's meatloaf Recipe ?

Heard he ordered his cook to cook meatloaf everynite til he told her to stop.5 months went bye. Must be awesome !Does anybody have Elvis Presley's meatloaf Recipe ?
Ingredients


1 lb ground beef


1 teaspoon house seasoning (Paula Deen's House Seasoning)


1 medium onion, chopped


1 medium green pepper, chopped


1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce


1/2 cup sour cream


1 cup Ritz cracker, crushed up


1 teaspoon black pepper


2 slices bread


for the cheese sauce


1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup


1 cup milk (or 1/2 milk and 1/2 whipping cream)


1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


green onion, chopped (optional)


fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Directions


1Preheat oven to 350'.


2Grease a deep dish meatloaf pan with pam.


3Place 2 slices of bread on bottom of dish (this will catch the grease from the meatloaf).


4Mix together, ground beef,house seasoning,chopped onion and green pepper,1c shredded cheese, worcestershire sauce,sour cream,ritz crackers and black pepper.


5Place in meatloaf dish and bake 45 minutes.


6Discard bread pieces after baking. Place meatloaf on a large plate.


7For the cheese sauce --.


8Place soup, milk (whipping cream if using)in a sauce pan and heat on medium heat.


9Add 1 1/2c. cheddar cheese and stir to combine.


10When cheese is melted add, green onion and parsley if desired.


11Pour over meatloaf and enjoy!

Elvis Presley's Memphis Meatloaf





2 lbs. ground chuck


1 lb. ground pork


1 1/2 cups tomato puree


Olive oil as needed


8 oz. diced onion


2 oz. minced garlic


8 oz. sliced mushrooms


4 eggs


8 oz. breadcrumbs


2 1/2 tbsp. salt and pepper mix or salt and pepper individually to taste





In a skillet over medium heat, saute the onions, garlic and mushrooms until soft. Remove from heat.


Place ground chuck and pork in a mixer bowl with paddle attachment. On low speed, add vegetable mixture, tomato puree and eggs. When liquids are incorporated add breadcrumbs and salt and pepper mix. Run machine until mixture comes completely together.


Place mixture into greased loaf pans, filling halfway. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for about 35 minutes to an internal temperature of 150 to 160 degrees. Let cool slightly and remove meatloaves from pans. Slice to serve.

It has green peppers, onions, lightly beaten eggs, ground chuck, pork sausage meat, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, rolled oats, and Hunts ketchup (catsup).





This is the recipe that one of Elvis Presley's cooks used to make meat loaf for Elvis Presley.
