Does anyone have any cheap and easy meatloaf recipes??

All meatloaf is cheap and easy! That's the great thing about meatloaf, you can change it around and use whatever you have on hand. Start with 1 pound ground beef, add 1 egg, you can use bread crumbs, dry oatmeal or crushed crackers (saltines work well, but Ritz crackers give it a completely different taste!) You can add some chopped veggies if you like: onions, celery, bell peppers, mushrooms, diced zucchini, whatever; then add your liquid which should be tomato based (in my opinion) I've used diced tomatoes, stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, picante sauce, left over spaghetti sauce, whatever I had. Then season with salt, pepper and whatever other spices you like. Bake at 350 degrees and enjoy! Meatloaf is extremely versatile! I love it!Does anyone have any cheap and easy meatloaf recipes??
