In a heavy skillet cook first 4 ingredents till soft

In large bowl combine meats, cooked veggies, bread crumbs soaked in milk, eggs and parsley. Mix well. In shallow pan shape into 2 loaves. Bake 350 for 1 hour, spoon ketchup over loaves and bake 30 mins. or until meat thermometer reads 155. 10-12 servings. (I have cooked this with only pork and burger, I subbed more pork for the veal, someday I will try it with the veal)Does anyone out there have a good meatloaf recipe ?
I never measure anything, but here's what I use: Ground chuck, day old bread pulled into little pieces, an egg, chopped onion or dried onion, dried chives, ketchup, salt %26amp; pepper (coarse type salt mixes better), and the secret ingredient: several tablespoons of Frank's Red Hot (or Texas Pete). Make a loaf and bake it about an hour at 350* or till done in the middle. Meat loaf is fun to experiment with whatever you think will taste good in it! Happy cooking! %26lt;%26gt;%26lt;
I LIKE MY RECIPE. MIX BURGER MEAT WITH CRUSHED UP CRACKERS (ABOUT 1 PKG. TO 1 # OF MEAT); ADD CHOPPED ONIONS, BELL PEPPERS, DRIED PARSLEY, ONE EGG. BAKE AT 300 FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES OR MICROWAVE FOR 18 MINUTES. I DRAIN EXCESS GREASE ONTO CAT OR DOG DISH. I TOP WITH KETCHUP OR BBQ SAUCE.
I have a great mexican meatloaf recipe.

2 pound of ground turkey

1 onion chopped fine

1 1/2 package of taco seasoning

1/2 cup salsa

about half bag of crushed tortilla chips

mix all together and put in loaf pan. Cover with additional salsa and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 to 1 hour and 30 minutes
This is a simple but good basic recipe for meatloaf. Enjoy!

2 pounds ground beef

1 small onion (chopped)

1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed tomato soup

1 cup bread crumbs

1 egg (beaten)

Salt and pepper to taste

Mix well and put into a loaf pan or 2-quart square Pyrex baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours. A topping can be made with a mixture of tomato soup and yellow prepared mustard. Mix to taste and top meatloaf
I love to cook meatloaf. Here's how I do it.

3/4 lb ground round or hamburger

3/4 lb ground sausage

1 med onion, diced

4 celery stalks, diced

2-3 cloves garlic, crushed or minced

2 eggs

1/2 cup bread crumbs (I use Italian style)

1 can tomato paste

salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350

Mix all ingredients together. Save 1 Tbsp tomato sauce.

Form into loaf and put into meatloaf pan. If you don't have a meatloaf pan use a bread pan. Spread the remaining tomato paste on top of meatloaf and bake for 45 min to 1 hr.

Serve with ketchup if you wish.

Another variation I have tried and liked is to m ix about 1/3 cup of Heinz 57 Sauce into meatloaf. That's pretty tasty as well. I usually bake potatos at the same time as meatloaf. It takes the same amount of time.
I used to make a recipe that called for a can of Chicken %26amp; Rice soup. It was yummy.

Sometimes I also bake the loaf with a couple of strips of bacon on top
I press out the meat on plastic wrap to about an inch thick. Then sprinkle cheese, onion and anything else you like onto it. Roll up and bake.
I do but then i would have to kill you.Just kiddn

No I can't lend it to you it's a family secret sorry.
the best one is the one my dad makes,,hamburger ,eggs, onions, toasted bread mix let bake 4 an hour n add ketchup on top, mmmmmmm
Italian Style Meatloaf

Great for any occasion, and absolutely delicious. Excellent served with noodles (or mashed potatoes) and corn. Substitute white bread for wheat bread if you're looking for a healthier meal. For the fresh bread crumbs, use 6 to 8 slices bread crumbled into tiny pieces.

Original recipe yield: 5 servings

INGREDIENTS:

1 carrot, grated

1/2 onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

2 pounds ground beef

1/2 cup ketchup

2 eggs

1 1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs

1 cup tomato sauce

1 teaspoon white sugar

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a medium saucepan over medium high heat, saute the carrot and onion for 2 minutes, or until onion is transparent. Add garlic and saute for 2 more minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

In a large bowl, combine the parsley, beef, ketchup, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, bread and eggs, mixing well. Add the carrot/onion mixture and continue mixing, but do not over mix, as this will make the meatloaf dry. Transfer mixture to a 9x13 baking dish and form into a loaf.

Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 30 to 45 minutes.

While loaf is baking, heat the remaining tomato sauce and sugar in a medium saucepan over medium low heat. Pour over loaf when done.

ENJOY!!
I dont measure either....you can make this with ground turkey, beef or a mix of beef pork and veal, whichever you like. Sautee up some red and green peppers and onions. Let that cool, then mix into meat. Add some course bread crumbs, spices, a couple of eggs and some good bbq sauce. Place in a baking dish and cover with more bbq sauce. Cook till at least 140 degrees. If you make the turkey meatloaf, mix in some chopped raw spinach, it keeps the meatloaf nice and moist.
