Need meatloaf recipe help, does anyone have a good, but easy meatloaf recipe?

I have made meatloaf but it did not turn out good. I used 10 oz of crackers, a half cup milk, about 2 pounds of hamburger and 2 eggs. i added catsup too but it was yuck. need help. thanks for all help.Need meatloaf recipe help, does anyone have a good, but easy meatloaf recipe?
i make the best simple meatloaf around. 2 lbs ground beef, 2 sleeves crushed saltine crackers, 1 chopped onion, 2 eggs, worchestershire (about 1/2 cup) ketchup(1 cup), some salt and pepper. mix together. put in pan. on top of meatloaf i put a glaze consisting of ketchup or tomato sauce with some honey or corn syrup mixed in (honey is better). just mix enough to cover the top of your meatloaf. everyone who tries it loves it, even my picky children love it. good luck.Need meatloaf recipe help, does anyone have a good, but easy meatloaf recipe?
2 lbs of hamburger , 2 eggs, 1/2 cup milk , 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs or 1 cup of soft bread crumbs about 2 slices of bread, 1/2 cup ketcup, and a packet of meatloaf seasoning mix you can get it at any grocery store in the seasonings isle

mix ll ingredients except the ketchup shape into loaf.

line a baking pan ( use either a loaf pan or depending on the size i sometimes use a 9' by 16 inch glass baking dish) with aluminum for easy clean up) top with ketcup but i also put ketcup in the mixture and as well then top with extra.

Bake 375*F for 1 hour or until cooked through. You can also add a pinch of garlic powder or/and some onion powder or fresh chopped onion depending on your own personal preference. hope this helps
I dont use exact measurements, but i use 1 1/2 lbs meat seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, little bit of italian seasoning. Add about 1/2 cup diced fresh mushrooms. (diced, rough chop whichever) italian breadcrumbs one egg... Mix all together and form into a loaf... Bake until done. Fool proof and nobody ever has to know there are mushrooms (unless they are allergic) but makes a moist meatloaf.
I would say you used too much milk and crackers-- yuck!

I make mine without exact measurements, but before you start, add garlic salt, onion powder and pepper into the meat.

I use one egg, a little bit of milk, and sourdough bread broken into pieces. I cook it at 350 for about an hour, maybe 90 min depending how thick my loaf is.

I have used both regular bread and sourdough bread, and I recommend the sourdough. It comes out excellent!

Good luck to you!
make a meatloaf stuffed with mozzerella!

just buy 1 1/2 lb chopmeat and small block of mozzerella

mix beef with 1 egg, salt, pepper, basil, chopped onion and garlicadd 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or more if you really want to stretch it out),1 tablespoon ketchup %26amp; mustard, grated cheese

mix all very well..roll flat, cut cheese into fat slices and place in middle of meat..wrap all sides and place in shallow pan or loaf pan

bake for 45 minutes
Plain meat loaf:

1 lb ground sirloin

some diced red onion (optional)

sea salt and black pepper to your liking

Ketchup one tablespoon if you like the taste

Mustard one teaspoon if you like the taste

On the top you can lay sliced tomatoes----onions--------bell peppers what ever you like, or leave them off

Put into a meat loaf pan.....cover with tin foil and vent.......bake at 325 for about 45-60 minutes until the juice runs clear.....
We love this one. About 11/2 lbs. ground beef, 1/2 cup ketchup, 1 cup oatmeal (not cooked), small chopped onion, chopped bell pepper (don't use as much as you do onion) %26amp; 1 egg. Mix all together with hands, form into whatever shape to fit your pan %26amp; pour a can of cream of mushroom soup over the top. The amount of the above ingredients are estimates. I like to put 2 bell pepper rings on top for appearance. We even put whole carrots %26amp; halved potatoes around it before adding the soup. Bake @ 350 for about an hour. Good with mashed potatoes.
why not return to basics

you got 8 people to feed 2lbs ???

陆 an onion caramelized and then 1 lb burger

and the other 陆 coarsely chopped

2 eggs and just 1+ TBL tomato paste

陆c corn flakes or bread crumbs

any seasoning,, Italian or just Onion soup.

sprinkle some flour to help it from getting too sticky

.MIX and SQUISH

make your loaf

Good luck
My recipe is 2 pounds of hamburger, 2 eggs (use as many eggs as you did pounds of hamburger), frozen onions, frozen green peppers, cup of milk, cubed bread crumbs.

Mix them all together, put in the pan, cover with tomato sauce. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Enjoy!
Perhaps you should have added barbeque sauce for a better flavour. If you live close to a Ralph's Fresh Fare, you can buy their ready made meatloaf. They have Manager Specials at the end of the day, and you could get a good one for under five dollars.
You forgot the chopped onion and seasonings. less milk...too wet.
too much liquid,,, you need it a drier
